General Service Fee

$30/call

$30 flat rate to show up anywhere in Sacramento, covers fuel and vehicle expenses, already included in pricing.
If roadside calls are cancelled or the customer is gone on arrival, the initial service is refunded and only general service fee is charged.
If roadside operator is unable to complete or fails to deliiver the service, a full refund will be issued.
If we are unable to reach you within 45 minutes but still successfully deliver the service, this fee will be waived from the final price and refunded.

General Labor Rate

$60/hour

$60 per hour for any general auto repair service not listed here
For scheduled, non-emergency, and agreed upon repairs at customer's location

Emergency Labor Rate

$150/hour

$150 per hour for expedited service of any critical repairs holding up your business
Includes roadside and fleet services on call 24/7

Inspection & Diagnosis

$90

Troubleshoot cause of a non-starting disabled vehicle
Tests starter, electrical, fuel system, air intake, leak inspections
Provides list of most relevant, easiest-first solutions
Includes trip to auto parts store and delivery of parts if proceeding with repairs

Oil Change

$40 + oil & filter

All major oil brands and types available, following modern professional no spill procedure:
Oil is removed via vacuum siphon tube through dipstick, drain plug removal not required
$20 extra for tire rotation, also recommended at usual 5,000 mile interval, includes tire inspection & tread depth measurements

Brake Service

$80 + pads & rotors

Replacement of front or rear brake pads, rotors, and/or drums
Bleeding the brake fluid system to remove air
Includes inspection of all front and rear brake components and brake fluid testing
$60 extra to do front and rear together
$60 extra to flush and change old brake fluid

Coolant Service

$60 + coolant

Draining and refilling the cooling radiator system
Properly purging all air from the system
Inspects and replace any old damaged hoses or components
$60 extra to flush and change old brake fluid

Jump Start

$75+

$75 flat rate all light and medium duty passenger vehicles
$125 for heavy duty vehicles
Includes free battery & alternator test if requested

Battery Replacement

$75+

$75 plus cost of battery
$125 for heavy duty vehicles
Includes delivery, proper installation, and disposal

Parts Delivery

$25+

Pick up and deliver your parts from auto parts supplier
Handy delivery service if you're working on your only vehicle
Comes included in Inspection & Diagnosis if you proceed with repairs
Includes 10 mile delivery within Sacramento county, additional mileage may cost extra
Expedited emergency service costs $75+

$75 includes 2 gallons of gas (premium octane available upon request)
$175 includes 10 gallons of diesel for heavy duty vehicles
Fleet service scheduled pricing up to 120 gallons available upon request

Vehicle Lockout

$50 extra for heavy duty, specialized, or frameless windows

Air Delivery Service

$45 compressed air when you need it, if your spare has no air
Assuming you need no further assistance to install the spare

Spare Tire Change

$100 roadside assistance to install a customer provided spare tire
Includes compressed air if your tire is low
$45 added charge for locking lug nut removal with no key
$50 extra to plug small repairable holes on the spot, if requested
$250 for a delivered spare donut tire if customer vehicle is unequiped
$150 refund for returned unwanted spare tire within 24 hours

Full Tire Service

$75+

$75 plus cost of replacement tire
Follow-up service to get your car back on original tires
Or for non-emergency situations when you have time to wait on an original tire
Includes tire shop mounting, balancing, and delivery for you
Heavy duty fleet full tire service coming soon

Fluid Leak Repair

$300

$300 Repair fluid leaks that leave you stranded.
Includes delivery of parts, locating the leak, replacing leaking component, properly refilling the system, and spill cleanup and disposal.
Power steering, coolant, brake fluid,
Specific parts, hoses, and extra fluids needed may cost extra
